Jay has over 25 years of experience in strategy consulting and corporate development and has been based in Hong Kong since 2000.
Prior to founding Integrity Partners, Jay was previously Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where he held Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy & Business Development roles in the Investment Bank, the Private Bank and Asset Management. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Jay held senior positions in the Financial Services practices of global strategy consulting firms, i.e. The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and A.T. Kearney (ATK) and held key roles in retail banking and credit cards.
Jay has worked across Asia (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Australia) and was previously based in the U.S. (San Francisco, Chicago). He advises and maintains a strong network of global and Asian banks, insurers, asset managers, conglomerates, sovereign institutions, family offices, private equity, venture capital and innovative / high growth firms. Jay speaks at conferences and is on the Board of Advisors and an Investor in venture funds and promising start-ups.
Jay has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Pomona College. He has a Diploma: Non-Executive Director from the Financial Times / Pearsons and is a Fellow at the Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD), which has conferred him a Diploma in Company Direction and Certificates in Listed Company Direction and the Role of an Independent Non-Executive Director.
